Responsible for achieving the expected daily target generated by
the VIPs.
achieving my KPI's :
OEE: achieving the required target through studying the machines
capability and maximize the utilization.
Waste: achieving the required percentage of waste through
arranging the working area using 5S, Lean&6sigma techniques and
applying VSM(value stream mapping) to follow up the waste target
and production adherence. Managing and monitoring large groups
of workers and get them assigned to tasks to achieve those targets
with a small ratio of waste .
MUV : achieving the required percentage by monitoring the
material usage from RM & PM and to be sure about using the
martials with right method and trying to eliminate the waste.
Projects: I made projects that serves many departments such as
manufacturing, Quality, Safety, and Sales
The main core to deliver the targets and to even exceed that was to
stimulate the workers and encourage them to do their best in order
to reach the expected KPI's and the daily plan, and that was
through staying close them, guiding them all the time, also worked
on approaches to resolve any sudden complication that may occur
within the working hours through economical production theories
and scientific based resolutions
