Responsibilities & Details
- Settlement of differences in accounts: reconciliation of financial account data, including bank statements, comparison of the actual balance and the amounts received and disbursed during the financial period, and settlement of any differences.
- Executing accounting activities: Carrying out general accounting activities, preparing journal entries, preparing monthly invoices, and maintaining ledger records for recording transactions relating to assets, liabilities and capital accounts.
- Handling and calculating withholding VAT.
- Ensure compliance: follow accounting standards, financial reporting guidelines, and keep abreast of professional legislation and standards.
- Reporting: collecting financial data, providing summaries and reports on the financial situation, and preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
Assisted with financial analysis, forecasting, and risk assessment for a boutique investment firm Supported and collaborated with Senior Financial Analyst in executing buy-sell process.
Participate in the preparation of "Tadber Management Consulting" financial statements, including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement.
Carry out all financial operations in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) as stipulated in the internal policies and procedures.
Ensure that all financial transactions and documentation comply with all Saudi Arabian legal procedures and other associated regulatory require-men.
❏ Created RFPs to develop business relationships with institutional investors while resolving investment performance inquiries.
❏ Review all billing documents received from the field for accuracy and completeness.
❏ Quantitative analysis of financial investments to minimize risk via portfolio.
❏ Prepare weekly and/or monthly invoices to customers per contract for all activity during the period, by close deadline.
