• The procurement oƱcer conducts studies that help the organization to make the right decision regarding procurement operations.
• Maintain computerized records/Ʈles on the company's purchases, suppliers, prices and items dealt with in a way that facilitates easy reference when needed.
• Establishing policies and all necessary conditions for the completion of purchasing operations.
• Make a good study of the market and determine the status of competing companies and organizations.
• Organize and record all data related to purchasing operations according to the speciƮed records.
• Bringing samples of the items to be purchased from the market to inspect them with the requesting party before deciding on the purchase.
• Follow up the arrival of the items and ensure that they comply with the speciƮcations written in the purchase order in coordination with the warehouses and the requesting party.
• Follow up with the warehouses department on the issuance of entry bonds for the received materials and work to pay the suppliers' invoices in a timely manner.
• Follow up on the supply of late orders.
• Prepare periodic reports on the company's purchases. Disposing of unnecessary stock items.
