Responsible for :
• book tickets and reserve accommodation, Limo Service, transfers with attention to the
details such as (names as per passport, travel date passport validity, Visa if required, SPL
requests skyward membership …. etc.)
• Handling accurate quotations with attention to detail and operate all EKH products such
as Hotel Bookings, Excursion, Crouses, Airport meet and assist, Honey moon packages,
Car rent, insurance, Dubai Visa issuance …etc.
• Advise passengers about suitable travel options in accordance with their needs and
capabilities in addition help them to plane trips to international destinations.
• Suggest suitable travel options that best suits client's needs and budget.
• Provide accurate information to client such as ( Reservation Reference No., Reservation
time limit, ticket fare rule, transit time, cancellation, refund, revalidation, infant
policies…. Etc).
• Monitor special requests such as wheelchair, free limo, special meal, transfers, meet
and assist, HTL booking…..etc
• Greet customers warmly using Emirates Airline greeting standard.
• Manage large amount of incoming phone calls.
• Build and maintain good relationships with passengers and travel agents.
• Attract potential clients by explaining EK products & services.
• Prepare and handle all correspondence by email and other social media.
• Fulfill customers needs to ensure customers satisfactions.
• Handle complains and problems provide solution and alternative with the time limit and
follow up to ensure solution.
• Keep records of customers reservations, data informations and file documents.
• Use telephone to reach out customers and clarifying reservation information.
• Following Emirates Airline rules, policies and instructions.
• Follow Emirates Airline grooming standard.
• Work with supervisors and manager to insure proper services is being delivered
• Handle changes in policies or renewals.
• Prepare daily / weekly customer feedback repot to supervisor/ manager in order to
enhance services delivered .
• Follow schedule all work for weekends, holidays and evening hours.
• Responsible to provide the customer with the hard copy of the tickets for travel
Responsible for the processing of passport and visa formalities in case the customer
requires traveling abroad ., Responsible for providing a backup plan in the event of an
unexpected situation, Responsible for handling any kind of emergencies when the
customer travels.
• Discuss and understand the client's requirements and plan the trip accordingly .
• Provide all packages available that would suit the customer's requirement.
