I was in a training phase at the Saudi Electricity Company, and my Job, in a simple way, is serving the company employees, including repairing some computers, developing others, and changing some computers to a new one, but most of the work is on software, like Troubleshooting in some programs such as Cisco Jabber, Webex. I also work on the Remedy website to access employees requests and communicate with them before I access their computers. I also work as system Administrator, so I give employees some powers to use the internet and some programs.
