Calculating monthly payroll (Salary, Benefit, Deduction, Overtime, Bonuses, Etc.
• Preparing and collecting required documents for new joiners such as and not limited to, Contract, New Hire Checklist, Conducting orientation for new and future joiners.
• Answering employee questions about human resources policies and procedures.
• Adding/ deleting employees to HR System (ERP).
