Customer Service Representative - Neoleap and Urpay Company Department:
Following up on fraud reports.
Verifing of financial transactions.
Providing information about Neoleap and Urpay wallet.
Providing available offers.
Explaining how to activate and order Neoleap devices.

Team Leader | Assignment:
Supervising employees and following up on their inquiries.
Directing employees to the correct procedure.
Being fully prepared and offering solutions when new problems arise.
Following up on emails from administration.
Reviewing and verifing requests and complaints raised by employees.
Motivating employees and working to increase productivity.
Following up on attendance, absence, and delay and take the correct action.
Submitting requests for technical support when there are broken devices.
Submitting the most frequent inquiries and complaints to the competent authority.
Communicating with clients who request communication from the team leader.
Escalating complaints to the competent authority.
