The company is known as Oil Services Company in Egypt (Heavy Trucks, Cranes, Forklifts, Generators, Compressor, Loaders)
• Generating administration procedures to organize the service papers
• Planning for maintenance procedures to keep the equipment in good condition.
• Develop standard procedures to ensure high level of service.
• Generate service reports, expense reports.
• Monitor and manage expenses within the allocated budget.
• Delegate work assignments effectively to service staff to meet service goals.
• Generating the maintenance system to control and to be sure that all trucks and equipment be maintained in the standard service way.
The company is known as Heavy Equipment dealer in Bahrain (dealer for CASE Equipment, SCHWING Concrete Pump, ESAB Welding Machine, KAESER Compressor and HC Forklift)
- Generating the administration procedures to organize the service papers (Quotation, Job card, PDI report, DRR report, etc.)
- Planning for service introduction to the customers.
- Planning for the workshop and provide their own special tools, tools and vehicles
- Support service team in providing outstanding client service.
- Delegate work assignments effectively to service staff to meet service goals.
- Coordinate and manage resource needs to meet the set goals.
- Manage all customer queries and resolve issues in coordination with the relevant departments.
- Develop standard procedures to ensure high level of service experience to customers.
- Determine adequate skill and performance enhancement programs to keep the staff technically sound and updated to enhance their productive.
- Ensure that company safety guidelines are followed by service staffs.
- Provide guidance to service team to achieve operational and financial goals.
- Participate in preparing annual budgets.
- Monitor and mange expenses within the allotted budget.
- Work with various teams to achieve optimum customer service, profitability and cost effectiveness.
- Provide leadership and guidance to service staffs to keep them motivated and help them achieve individual and team based performance goals.
- Obtain customer feedback regarding quality and service every quarter to meet the customer expectations.
- Oversee performance evaluations, appraisals and training needs for service staff.
- Provide Tool Run assistance as required.
- Generate service reports, expense reports, customer reports, etc in a timely fashion.
- Responsible for SCHWING (service and troubleshooting) next to CASE equipment special troubleshooting.

Promptly carry out servicing and maintenance on customer machines.
Effectively diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on customer equipment
Maximize the commission of new equipment
Train customers and company personnel as required, in the general operations of their machines.
Order spare parts for service orders.
Plan and organize daily and weekly visit schedules.
Be aware of, and apply, Health and Safety regulations in the Service Centre and on site.
Apply good standards of engineering practice at all times.
Effectively promote company Construction and Mining company image.
Perform related duties as required.
