1. Formulating management techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy,
accuracy and legitimacy of data.
2. Support others in the daily use of data systems and ensure adherence to legal and
organization standards.
3. Assist with reports and data extraction when needed.
4. Collect data by using KOBO data tool collection.
5. Assist the M&E officer in the beneficiary selection process by conducting
discussion sessions with local committees for the selection process.
6. Assist the M&E officer to conduct interviews to identify beneficiaries of the cash-
for-work program.
7. Assist M&E Officer in the spot check process in Aden and Lahj governorates.
8. Maintains database by entering new and updated Beneficiaries' information.

1. Establishing databases, preparing, and sorting documents for data entry.
2. Format and clean data collected and entered, highlight inconsistencies or errors in
data collection.
3. Regular monitoring visits to ensure the quality of the distribution in the field sites.
4. Enter data into appropriate fields databases, records, and files, ensure the accuracy
of information, and prevent duplication.
5. Do the monthly 4W cluster report and assist the responsible officer with the
monthly IPTT report.
6. Transfer data from written records, interviews, and paper formats via computer,
recorders, or scanners as part of a contingency plan.
7. Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation and
make corrections where necessary.
8. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data set.
9. Conducting a quick survey and evaluation (family educational questionnaire) in
camps.
