Key Responsibilities - Procurement & Inventory Supervisor:
• Handling the full procurement cycle right from specification reviews, processing RFQs for materials, analyzing and negotiating quotes, procuring materials and services at the lowest total cost from qualified suppliers until issuing purchase orders and expediting deliveries.
• Identifying suppliers and service providers, assessing the most profitable vendor/supplier, and securing the most advantageous terms of the contract with the most competitive market prices, delivery times, and desired quality through comparative analysis.
• Managing the procurement process from RFQ to technical compliance review commercial Bid, evaluations, negotiations, order processing, the monitoring of the material/services delivery processes, In addition, follow-ups during the various procurement stages.
• Building a robust database of the supplier, coordinating logistics for all import/export of materials, and ensuring operations within established timelines. Making tactical negotiations while demanding economies of scale to minimize costs
• Resourceful in developing new vendors; achieving cost-saving purchases by performing commercial negotiations and researching new/ alternatives
• materials in the industry as part of the business continuity process
• Sourcing suppliers based on cost competitiveness, quality, on-time delivery, and service/responsiveness; performing Contractor/vendor evaluation and maintaining synergetic relationships with both suppliers and the internal teams.
