The Avenues Mall project extends across a plot of 390, 000 square meters and is located at a prime location.
The project’s built-up area is more than 1.75 million square meters and is going to be one of the largest commercial malls. in the Middle East.
The Avenues will include one of the world’s largest malls, as well as five multi-purpose towers. consisting of hotels, exhibitions, conference halls, residential apartments, offices, and medical facilities.
Waterproofing area of (1 million) square meters, using (waterproofing for Tanks, Raft, Retaining walls, wet-area, Roofing, Landscape area, construction joints, expansion joint, injection works, epoxy works for road
marking, stairs, footing,
. Responsibilities Include:
Avenue Mall It’s a big project for Riyadh.
Direct waterproofing activities at project sites.
Analyze Technical reports, drawings, MOS to plan projects.
Inspect project sites to monitor crashing, fast tracking progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety.
Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labors to determine project feasibility.
Verify that the project deliverers conform to the established quality standards.
Inspect all project elements to be delivered & reported for (Consultant) resident engineer to proceed with next activities.

Project Summary : CSCEC, EGYPT Joining in Construction of High Rise Towers using the newest
construction technologies to build (20) residential, commercial towers and supporting facilities (phase 1), with a total
construction area of (1.8 million) square meters, using ( POST TENSION, FLAT slabs, SOLID slabs and
COMPOSITE sections, with floor height reaches to (12m) and (80 MPa) strengths Self Compacted concrete .
Responsibilities Include:
Direct construction activities at project sites.
