• Operate a variety of office equipment such as photocopier, facsimile, printer, scanner, and maintain supplies; produce photocopies and packages of material for meetings as required;
• Serve as a focal point to: supervise the gardening, cleaning and maintenance contractors to ensure timely maintenance and repairs are undertaken on WFP’s premises and facilities (especially in regard for generators, boilers, electricity, etc.);
