Project:
SEDRA, Client: ROSHN Real Estate.
One of the public investment fund companies (PIF). The project consists of 3, 226 units comprising a mix of individual villas, duplexes, townhouses, sale center, clinics, schools, and all related infrastructure works with a budget of 3.8 billion SAR and covers an area of 6 million m2.
Key responsibility:
• Supervise inspections and test of mechanical systems installation on site performed by contractors to ensure compliance with approved shop drawing, approved material and project specifications.
• Assist in reviewing shop drawings and material submittals submitted by the contractors to ensure compliance to project specifications and standards.
• Perform material inspections on site and at supplier’s factory’s (including outside city visits) to ensure compliance to project specifications and using of approved material.
• Inspect the pre-cast work (residential buildings) to ensure compliance to approved shop drawing and approved material.
• Prepare surveillance reports for any deficiencies in mechanical work on site by the contractors and inform quality department to issue Non-Conformity Report (NCR) if required.
• Maintain records of daily mechanical activities on site.
• Provide orientation for the new engineers to get them acquainted with project and assist them.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure quality compliance as well as resolving any issue that may appear during installations.
• Assisted technical support and sales teams in meeting customer's needs.
• Worked at Flow Control Division which involves: Sizing, quoting and pricing for various types of valves.
• Completed courses in Control Valve Basics - Sizing & Selection.
Worked in the production line in two Sections:
• Material Receiving: Receive, document and distribute of valve parts.
• Assembly line: Assemble valves parts of three types: Globe, gate and check, successfully contributed in assembling +200 valves.
