• Design Lead
• Define and deliver various user experience journeys and workflows from initial ideation to sketches,
wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.
• Translate user needs into elegant, intuitive, and effective design solutions.
• Create interface mockups, visual designs, and prototypes using best interface practices.
• Identify and understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points and use this to define problem
statements that inform the team’s work.
• Drive a user-centered design approach. Influence the product direction and/or roadmap through
UX.
• Deliver wireframes, journeys, prototypes, and visual designs for iOS apps, Android apps, Web Apps,
Desktop, and responsive web apps.
• Plan and implement new designs, and execute these from concept to final developer hand-off
