 Development of strategies for avoiding negative experiences at work,
 Talent management solutions- leadership, organizational development,
 Applying the latest neuroscientific research and implications of personality and human emotions,
 Qualitative analysis of the implementation of corporate practices and their effectiveness,
 Analysis of adherence to corporate culture,
 Suggestions for interventions, monitoring of the implementation and evaluation of interventions

Psychometrics and Profiling:
 Job analysis, suggestion of appropriate testing procedure
 Comparison of meaningful difference of sten-scores from tests between candidates
 Written feedback report for decision- making to managers and other stake holders
 Choice of appropriate test,
 Feedback to candidate
 Career counselling
 Development and Participation in assessment centres.
 Use of professional tests with high reliability and validity for employee screening
 Behaviour analysis of the workplace and job positions
 Comparison and choice of the most appropriate norm group and the tools with high predictive validity,

Organisational Design
 Analysis and interventions for staff and management to improve motivation
 Development of policies to enhance engagement and performance.
 Delivering facilitation skills training for regional and international HR teams to enhance implementation of internal management development programmes

Training and Development Programmes:
 Identification of learning gaps, learning style, suggestion for tools and methods for training
