Project management consulting services in HES for the construction of Gas Processing Plant
Development and implementation HES Management System aligned with international standards including incident investigations and risk assessments;
Providing technical support to Senior Management on any safety related subjects;
Participate in all site safety committees, walk downs and analyze all job hazard activities and ensure compliance to all HES guidelines and perform audit on all activities;
Conduct HES inspections, audits and developing recommendations to ensure compliance with local legislation and Corporate HES MS requirements;

Implementation and maintenance of international standards ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 at the company;
Assist in all forms of emergency preparedness and response exercises;
Organization & Resources planning for the project activity, screening and monitoring;
Preparation of HES Reports & HES performance statistics;
Preparation of Health and Safety documentation for new tenders.

Organization and implementation of control over labor legislation compliance, health and labor protection, standards, safety rules and regulations, resolutions and orders of higher authorities, regulations of State supervision and control bodies;
Conduct HSE inspections, audits and developing recommendations to ensure compliance with local legislation and Corporate HSE MS requirements;

Organization and  coordinating work on labor protection the company, monitoring compliance in departments for legislative and other regulatory legal acts on labor protection, conducting preventive work to avoid injuries, occupational and work-related diseases, measures to create healthy and safe working conditions in a company, providing employees with benefits and  compensations according labor conditions;
Managing the development and implementation of measures aimed at meeting to the requirements of legislation on compliance with standards and regulations directed to environmental protection, rational use of natural resources, creating an economically processing-cycle design, construction and operation of new facilities of the company, as well as expansion and rebuilding of existing production;
Organization preparation of long-term and current plans for environmental protection, controlling their implementation.

Coordinating the performance of Health and Labor, Fire and Environmental Safeties of the company;
Organization and coordinating work on labor protection of the company, monitoring compliance in departments for legislative and other regulatory legal acts on Health and Environmental Safety, conducting preventive work to avoid injuries, occupational and work-related diseases, measures to create healthy and safe working conditions in a company;
Taking part in investigations in a case of injury, occupational and work-related diseases, studying their causes, analyze conducting preventive measures;
Conducting induction toolbox-talks on a labor safety to business-trip stuff, trainees and students who were sent to industrial trainings or practice;
Monitoring the necessary tests of equipment, machinery and mechanisms and technical examinations, compliance with schedules for measuring parameters of hazardous and harmful productions.

Researching of working conditions at the workplaces, making proposals for improvement and implementation more advanced designs of self-protective equipments, safety and blocking devices, and other means of protection against hazardous and harmful production factors;
Participation in inspections, the technical screenings  buildings' condition, structures, equipments, machinery and mechanisms, the vent systems efficiency, the sanitary devices, sanitary facilities, self and collective protection of workers;
Controlling health and environmental safety compliance by business partners;
Taking measures to stop the machinery operations, equipment and unsafe performance at workplaces and departments, which do not meet safety requirements;
Providing methodological assistance in the developing and revising safety instructions, company's standards, safety standards system, organizing instructions, training and checking workers' knowledge on safety.

Fire safety department Management at State Fire Service;
Organize and control the service, and fire-stuff work planning;
Lead the works of inspectors' at fire-department on implementing of the state fire supervision functions in the protected area;
Guidance for improving the readiness of departments and improving the organization of fire and other emergencies;
Guidance on recruitment, placement and employees' training;
Interaction of organization with departments and agencies of other departments on issues of reliable, equipment' trouble-free operationinig, fire-technical equipment during the elimination of fires, accidents, other emergencies and in the daily organization departments
