Archen Consulting Engineers, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia The SBH project involves 14 Residential Compounds (approx. 10, 000 buildings) with amenities such as clinics, schools, kindergartens, recreation centers, sport amenities, administration buildings, hypermarkets, gas stations, and firefighters buildings in various locations near the Saudi Arabian southern border. Budget: 5 billion USD
• Consulted and worked with the Ministry of Interior (MOI) of KSA for the successful completion of the project.
• Examined and revised the Masterplan of each Compound (derived from satellite surveyor plans) for project initiation. And ensured that the masterplan is in accordance with the slopes and levels of the land area.
• Made drawing revisions on all types of buildings within the 14 compounds.
• Integrated essential features such as streets, parking, promenades, helipad placements, lighting, and security measures (CCTV placement on precast concrete fences) and consulted on the water supply and sewage routes.
• Evaluated building functionality, architectural aesthetics, and landscaping.
• Drawing on my experience in public buildings fire escape routes from my native country, I played a fundamental role in ensuring safety and eficiency.

• Oversaw the project on a 725, 000 m² area with 62 buildings, managing the remaining works as a consultant for 30% of the original value in the architectural sector.
• Conducted evaluations of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) in relation to the tender.

• Verified and checked the renovation-rearrangement study for a building in Western Attica, ensuring compliance with all necessary requirements.
• Served as a Technical Evaluator/Advisor to the Bids, Evaluation, and Awards Committee (BEAC) during the competitive bidding process.

• Assessed energy consumption of buildings through thermal loss measurements and issuance of performance certificates.

Was responsible for the detailed final design, working drawings, and contracting for large architecture projects, including residential, commercial, and public buildings in multiple locations in Greece.
