q Conduct Safety induction for newcomers and TBTfor all workers on the site q Establish a risk assessmentfor all existing work q identify hazards and evaluate them to determine what needs to be controlled q contactthe foreman and engineers on-site to address and remove any unsafe act or conditions, and ensure that any unsafe activities are immediately stopped q Accident investigation and reporting, and creating a near-miss report q Monitoring site works inspection q conduct dailyvisual inspection ofthe equipment and power hand tools present on the site to ensure safety q Ensure the closure ofall shafts inside the buildings using safe methods, cover all floor openings, and erect barricades around them q ensure thatthe building edges are protected on adaily basis q Participate in organizing and implementing emergency and evacuation plans on the site q To stay in touch with subcontractors and workers and ensure the implementation of HSE rules and responsibilities

All factories were built with steel structures (metal frame buildings) and covered by sandwich panels
