Position - Quantity Surveyor Project - Qatar Emiri Naval Forces Base (QENFB) Clients - Qatar Armed Forces Role - Qatar
• Preparing Subcontractor and Supplier Payments and Maintaining Payment Logs.
• Coordination between Procurement and the technical team in order to procure the material and keep the inventory transaction in the system up to date.
• Monitor and analyze the progress of all construction activities to identify Variations.
• Maintaining material inventories and transfer logs to monitor material transfer.
• Do the take-off for IFC drawings, Shop Drawings, and As-Built Drawings.
• Prepare and maintain logs for reporting purposes, such as Work Progress, Payment Log, Material Issued Log, and Inventory Log.
• Fully utilizing SAP System activities such as preparing Purchase Requests, receiving Goods and Services, returning Goods, Material Transfers, Good Issues, and so on.
