Liaison with central teams associated with GL vertical viz, Product, CIC (Risk), Operations and other vertical/
roles like Local BOTC, Cluster Operations Manager etc.& Also looks after RTFX & Forex transaction.

Built & maintained relationship with retail clients (Indian & Foreigners), assisted them in getting the right
product as per their requirement from briefing about the product, negotiating the deal till final delivery.
Assisted in designing, developing and managing website & overseeing file transfer portals (FTP).
Arranged 20+ meetings with esteemed personalities.
Staying updated with foreign currency exchange rates & assisted customers to get
best possible forex rate & conversion of currency.
Generated amazon banking payment links & maintained record of payment
