v Reports to Project Manager.
v Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning
personnel to phases and elements, reviewing from contractors.
v Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements and
performance standards, completing technical studies and liaising with Estimators for Cost
estimates.
v Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.
v Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and
resolving problems.
v Prepare project status report by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and
recommending actions.
v Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and
regulations.
v Maintains project database by writing computer programs, entering, and backing up data.
v Coordinate in Preparation ofMaterial Sample.
v Development and Management of programmed and project plans (sometimes multiple
plans) - reviewing the plans regularly to ensure tasks and milestones are being achieved in a
timely manner and preparation ofgovernance reports, project status reports, presentations,
agendas etc.
v Take an active part in the project issue/risk management process, by contributing to the
identification and prioritization of existing and potential issues and risks and helping to
develop strategies and controls to mitigate these. Use sound judgement to identify which
issues and risk.
v Check project compliance with Contractors methodology and highlight any issues to the
Project Manager.
v Provide a skilled facilitation service to support the project teams in achieving these
expectations. This means employing effective organizational and administrative processes,
togetherwith their knowledge and/or experience ofproject management smart practices, to
facilitate the successful achievement of the project objectives.
v Build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range ofpeople in addition to their
own team, including Contractors, senior managers, other project team members and
managers, external agencies, and vendors.
v Help build project management capability within the organization by collaborating with
other staff, coaching, and mentoring others and generally encouraging the appropriate use
of project management techniques by others.
v Directly coordinating and meeting with clients to discuss needs and requirement of certain
projects.
v Counter checking completed drawings prior to releasing or issuance to contractors and /or
subcontractors.
v The position overall, is responsible for the smooth execution of projects from design to the
successful on time execution thru strict coordination with all personnel concerned and by
resolving technical problems and when they arise.
