applicable codes, accepted engineering practices, and standards; ensures effective
communications.

• Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and
management aspects of projects.
• Participating in Client/contractor meetings and resolving Client/engineering management
project issues.
• Responsible to ensure that all assigned personnel are coordinating their activities with
other project participants and that the requirements of the Contract are being satisfied.

• Direct and coordinate construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation,
and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and clients
