• Study shop drawings and prepare quantity take-offs, materials, equipment, and manpower requirements
based on project needs and schedule.
• Supervise subcontractors work and ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and project
timeline.
• Manage daily site activities and resolve technical and execution issues.
• Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IR), Material Inspection Requests (MIR), and Requests for
Information (RFI), and follow up with consultants for approvals.
• Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) team to carry out inspections and tests ensuring compliance with
project standards.
• Ensure implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements on site.
• Prepare daily and periodic progress reports and submit them to project management.
• Monitor labor productivity and project cost to ensure alignment with budget targets.
• Coordinate with different disciplines (MEP, architecture, finishes) to avoid clashes and ensure smooth
workflow.
• Liaise with the Technical Office to ensure execution as per approved shop drawings.
