connection to existing storm water manholes, ensuring correct levels, alignment, and workmanship.
• Inspection and coordination of road works connecting the existing Meydan Road to provide direct access to District One West over the cycle track underpass, including subbase, base course, and asphalt layers.
• Supervision of utility works within the existing road, including extension, diversion, and protection of irrigation lines and telecom services (DU & Etisalat) to facilitate conversion of the median into a carriageway.
• Inspection of cycle track construction works, including
preparation and laying of pavement layers in accordance with approved shop drawings.
• Monitoring installation of road concrete barriers and associated infrastructure works.
• Ensuring compliance with approved method statements, IFC drawings, project specifications, and authority requirements.

• Inspection and supervision of proposed underground utilities works for residential villas, including irrigation networks, potable water supply, vacuum sewerage systems, and storm water tanks, pipelines, and manholes.
• Monitoring construction and installation of LPG tanks and pipeline networks connected to individual villas, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and safety standards.
• Supervision of telecommunication infrastructure works (DU & Etisalat - D56 & D54), including duct banks, chambers, and protection works.
• Inspection of street lighting infrastructure, including
foundations, ducting, and associated civil works.
• Supervision of road works, including kerbstone installation and interlock pavement, ensuring proper levels, alignment, and workmanship.
• Verification that all works were executed in accordance with approved IFC drawings, method statements, project
specifications, and relevant authority requirements.
