• Designed and implemented TWI Group standardised BOD reporting pack (Power BI + Excel) from TB-level data across all overseas subsidiaries — adopted group-wide by TWI UK Board; still in active use.
• Automated monthly group reporting, reducing preparation time by ~5 days per cycle; supported budget preparation and financial modelling for regional entities.

Pakistans authorised distributor of VEKA (Germany) — premium uPVC products — with 2 manufacturing
factories and 3 offices. Annual turnover PKR 500M+. 10-12 European imports annually (EUR 50K-250K per

• Conceived and led corporate restructuring (sole proprietorship to LLC) — identified LC access
blockage, executed legal transition, secured bank confidence, unlocked 90-day deferred payment
terms.
• Commissioned custom ERP integrating VEKA WindowMaker — automated SO creation, project
costing, P&L by project, and IFRS-compliant financial statements; replaced unlicensed legacy
system.
• Managed full-cycle accounting across 3 offices and 2 factories: month-end close, budgeting, cash
flow forecasting, working capital management, payroll, and taxation.
• Sole POC for all European imports — LC execution, import documentation, customs clearance, and
forex management across 10-12 shipments annually.

• Delivered financial models, accounting reconciliations, and analytical reports for exclusively US-based international clients. Retained as paid part-time consultant for 12 months post-resignation for specialist work the team could not deliver in-house.

• Independently identified and escalated a fleet maintenance fraud (fabricated invoices) — investigation resulted in admin manager termination and process improvement. Conducted surprise cash and inventory audits across regional joint shops and service centres.
