• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
based on evidence-based practice.
• Provide physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy,
and physical agents/modalities, to optimize functional outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including evaluations, progress
notes, and discharge reports.
• Supervise and mentor physical therapy interns during clinical rotations.
• Serve as a co-investigator in departmental research projects, contributing to study
implementation, data collection, analysis, and dissemination of findings.
• Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives to enhance
patient care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver coordinated, patient
centered care.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on rehabilitation programs, injury prevention,
and health promotion.
