make manual process as automated process for premium client (MS - Morgan Stanley).
• Assisting in daily, weekly and monthly reporting using an understanding of the stock record and knowledge
of basic accounting. Assisting with regulatory reporting.
• Performing in-depth analysis of reconciliations between GDR and client account.
• Compare internal NAV calculations with fund administrator and validate fund expenses, income and
valuations.
• Collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of
reconciliations.
• Reviewed accounts to ensure accurate and timely resolution of outstanding items.
• Developed and implemented new processes and procedures to improve reconciliation accuracy.
• Monitoring resolution. May assist more junior teammates with difficult exceptions.
• Provided training to new staff members on reconciliation procedures and processes although lead daily
and weekly Client SLA calls and escalate the issues to the Project Relationship Managers.
• Independent risk analyst, conducting a review of controls on a regular basis.
• Works for the first line of defence, Assists operations with day-to-day, action tracking and closures.

Ensure all company transactions are recorded correctly, including expenses, sales, and purchases.
• Extensive document verification, through proof reading & validation to meet the requirements and depict
to business.
• Regularly reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and other financial accounts with company records to
identify discrepancies.
• Compare actual financial performance to budgeted or forecasted figures, and analyse significant variances.
• Modify financial forecasts as needed, based on changes in revenue, expenses, or market conditions.
• Review accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all payments are processed promptly.
• Help in gathering necessary data for tax filings, ensuring all required documents are accurate and filed on
time.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets based on historical financial data and anticipated business needs.
• Paid government stamp duty and document handling charges as per document market value.
• Monitor and track the administrative budget, helping the management team stay within financial limits.
