Main duties performed:
• Preparation, verification and QA/QC review of pre-qualification submissions, material submittals, and
method statements in accordance with project specifications.
• Ensuring that Engineering submittals are approved by consultant prior to commencement of site activities.
• Conduct work inspections, pre-inspections, and surveillance for all activitys going on in the site.
• Performed material inspections (MIRs) and verified compliance with approved submittals.
• Prepare and submit WIRs and MIRs, coordinating with consultants for timely approvals and close-out.
• Raised internal NCRs/SORs, monitored corrective actions, and ensured timely close-out of NCRs/SORs issued
by the Consultant.
• Attended Client and Consultant site walks and actively participated in internal and external quality audits,
including monitoring and close-out of audit observations.
• Coordinated and witnessed laboratory and field tests in accordance with the approved Material Test Plan.
• Maintained complete quality records and test logs for concrete, reinforcement steel, soil, water, blocks, and
other construction materials as per MTP.
• Guided and coordinated with Site Engineers and construction teams to ensure all deliverables met QA/QC
requirements and Client/Consultant standards.
• Conducted quality inductions and training sessions for Engineers, foremen, and laborers in line with
approved method statements and quality procedures.
• Report to the QA/QC Manager and monitor all activities related to Quality
• Trained and supervised junior QA/QC inspectors, ensuring adherence to quality control procedures and
inspection standards.

• Executes the specific inspection on materials, equipment and construction/installation activities on site.
• Issues the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, write and send to Quality Control Supervisor non
conformances reports.
• Collaborated with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address quality issues and implement
improvements.
• Removing all product and materials that fail to meet specification.
• Inspecting, testing, or measuring materials or products being produced.

• Become a part of more than 20 new building and various renovation project.
• Successfully completed 3 residential, 2 commercial and 2 apartment project from initial planning to
completion of interior works and handing over project to the client.

• Prepared quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for civil works.

specifications.
• Assisted in preparing AutoCAD drawings and site execution plans.
