• Maintain financial records and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, including supplier payments and customer
invoicing.
• Monitor raw material and inventory costs, ensuring accurate valuation.

• Oversee all major and subsidiary depositories, ensuring proper management of
warehouse custodians.
• Conduct periodic and final inventory checks, analyze stock requirements, determine
optimal storage levels, track price changes, and review warehouse reports, invoices,
and goods valuation.
• Monitor all financial aspects of the branch, ensuring adherence to financial and
operational policies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring proper documentation of stock
movements..

• Supervising all major and subsidiary depository and follow-up warehouse
custodians.
• Periodical and final inventory, study of needs, economic limit of storage, price
follow-up, review of warehouse reports, invoices, accounts and valuation of
goods.
• Follow up all the financial matters of the branch and ensure that all financial
and operational policies are implemented in the branch.
• Provide the necessary support to the branch accountant by providing with all
the reports and information that will assist him in following up the financial
and operational performance of the branch from sales, expenses and
receivables.
• Assisting the HR Manager doing HR related tasks.

• Implementing all the accounting department activates and preparing periodic
reports related to the activities of the accounting department and any other
reports requested by the head of the accounting department
• Check payroll records and calculate benefits for each employee.
• Follow-up of accounting entries, statements of amounts to be paid and
issuance of exchange bonds.
