• Manage the receipt, documentation, and storage of spare parts and materials for generator and solar
production operations.
• Process 10-15+ internal purchase orders weekly from production and branches (Beirut, Jdeideh,
Tyre), converting them into purchase requests for the procurement department.
• Prepare and post accurate stock receipts in the WAPS system, ensuring all incoming items are tracked
and accounted for in real time.
• Coordinate inter-branch transfers and dispatches by issuing system-generated dispatch notices and
sending documentation via Outlook.
• Support the companys transition from WAPS to ERP by aligning inventory records and contributing
to system data validation.
• Maintain high standards of stock accuracy, space utilization, and storage safety for fast-moving and
high-value spare parts.
