Hospital is a private in Bahawalpur, providing inpatient and outpatient across multiple
specialties. Reporting to senior hospital management, I was responsible for the day-to-day administration of hospital
operations, human resource functions, payroll, and Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC) regulatory compliance.
Hospital Operations & General Administration
• Managed end-to-end hospital operations, ensuring smooth coordination between clinical teams (doctors, nursing,
paramedics), administrative staff, and support services (housekeeping, security, maintenance).
