• Housing specialist is responsible the accommodation
prepared before the arrival of new employees
• Once the employees arrived in the housing, they should
receive the complete new sets of housing materials
• To send the report within 72 hours to ensure that all
opportunities that act immediately
• To check all the emails on the daily basis
• To attend the monthly meeting to discuss all the
opportunities of each housing that facing every visit
• Facilitating the housing beddings materials to the stockroom
and conducting monthly inventory

• Set up, copy, scan and store documents
• Create templates
• Manage request for documentation
• File documents in physical and digital records and ensure
appropriate storage
• Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing
where necessary to ensure they are update
• Manage the processes around documentation within the
organization
• Maintain confidentiality around the sensitive documentation
• Prepare ad-hoc reports-on-reports on projects when required
• To keep all the important & confidential files to the safe room
• By sorting all the files in the proper folder and arrangement
for the shelves
• We need to organize the documents from old file up to
present
• Scanning all the documents and save the folder to ensure
everything is on place
• Proving monthly end report and submitting to the manager

(success factor & AXPT)
• Monitoring & updating the data base structure on the regular
basis
• Applying the excel formula when you are updating the
tracking

Procurement Department
• Preparing the store allocation which is related to the
invoicing
