Nestle for further collaboration.
• Calculation of the saving costs of the buying process.
• Ensuring Service line Accuracy KPI is met.
• Manage all the transactional process and documents for procurement and day to day claims in a timely
manner to ensure the adequate supply of Goods and Services for the Middle East Market
• Resolution of operational issues with external vendors; vendor master data issue (ex: Bank data issues,
Unclear invoices and missing documents)
• Raising tickets through webforms; VLC to Vendor Master data team to ensure amendments of Invoice
documents and for Vendor Creation process.
• Maintain good and close collaboration with purchase requestors and strategic buyers through open PRs and
open Pos with clear status and follow up plan
Monitoring timely receipt of blocked and parked invoices in the dashboard and ensuring the resolution of
these invoiced within agreed SLA
• Track all open items to close the balance GAP between goods receipt and invoice receiving through GRIR
Report.
• Respect suppliers lead time for ordering through converting Purchase requisitions to purchase Orders -
Ensure quality of data including specs, required delivery date, terms and conditions

• Issuing POs for NESTLE Middle East (NME) team.
• Converting Purchase requisition into Purchase orders on SAP system and Easy Buy System.
• Maintain a close working collaboration with purchase requesters and strategic buyers (own tracking sheet
with open Purchase Requests & open Purchase Orders with clear status & follow up plan).
• Ensuring competitive bidding rules and quality of data including specs, required delivery date, terms.
