-Supervising the quality of work and checking the principles of workmanship.
-Writing the daily report on the projects activities and submitting it to senior management.
-Follow up with the Contractor to receive all contract documents prior to construction
commencement.
-Review the documents with the Contractor and forward any RFI (Request for Information) to his
Superior Manager.
-Attend internal and external project kick-off meetings as requested by the Project Manager with
clients and contractors to plan the commencement of works.
-Assist in the study of the breakdown of all items on the BOQ, taking into consideration materials
cost, labor cost, testing commissioning, overhead, and profit.
-Follow up with the Contractor for copies of all documents that have been approved by the
authorities.
-Preparing the site to start the executive process

-Review all shop drawings submitted by the contractor and ensure that all details are included. Forward
approval to the Contractor.
-Conduct daily site inspections to ensure that the works are carried out as per the approved shop drawings
and standards.
-Prepare regular progress reports for review by the Project Manager.
-Supervise the filing and archiving of supervision files related to his field.
-Support the Project Manager in attending to correspondence letters.
-General Supervision of excutive process Of (Piles - Pilecaps - columns - hammer head beams - box sections
and slap on piles )
-Prepare budget cost of work Performed (BCOWP).
-Prepare form work drawings, shop drawing for structure element, making BBS & cutting optimizations.
-Prepare (B.O.Q) for the box sections - BBS & materials.
-Arrange the contractor daily report and time schedule.
