Creation of Purchase Request and Purchase Order through Oracle ERP based on the interpreted data from
the Run-Out reports.
• Negotiation of prices quoted by the supplier.
• Sending the approved and signed Purchase Orders to the suppliers.
• Analysis of Run-Out reports generated from Oracle.
• Dispatch and Arrival update of all orders sent to the supplier.
• Updating Pre-Shipment sample for production purpose.
• Following up orders and making sure that all shipments were dispatched on time.
• Creation of new vendors and sending for approvals
• Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of shipping documents issued by the supplier.
• Coordinating with the supplier to ensure the timeliness of shipping documents, making it readily available for
Import Clearance.
• Maintaining good business relationship with the suppliers through open and proper communication.
• Document and grade the suppliers based on the evaluation done to ensure that KDD source products from
those suppliers with high rating.
• Discuss the findings and corrective actions required with procurement groups in the department for
continuous improvement
• Confirm with suppliers, the company purchase requests specifying quality, quantity and make sure suppliers
adhere delivery schedule.
• Create and update supplier list and get it approved and Updates all supplier's data for reach ability, audit,
accuracy and availability.
• Develop and update new Procurement metrics, for constant & better achievements
• Coordinate with the suppliers when working on a new product needing additional or unique supply of items
from the supplier.
• Keeps all documentation up to date with all relevant and necessary information.
• Coordinating with Environment department for the future Sustainability Roadmap.
• Updating sample approvals from PAFN (Public Authority For Food and Nutrition).
• Creation of General sample and Pre shipment sample in the system
• Creation of Marine Insurance for all the Raw Materials, Packaging Materials and Spare Parts
• Creation of Blanket Purchase Agreement to be send to suppliers

• Research and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers
• Create and maintain good relationships with vendors andsuppliers
• Examine and review products and supplies to ensure quality
• Arranging Logistics to save cost.
• Track incoming inventory, delivery arrival time, and note actual arrival time
• Organize and update database of suppliers, delivery times, invoices, and quantity of supplies
• Work with team members, supervisors, and purchasing manager to develop future purchasing plans and
source potential relationships with vendors
• Ensure all deliveries contain all goods requested
