◦ This promotion included extra responsibilities pertaining to the
stores warehouse: Communicating/planning/executing tasks with
maintenance workers, 3D spacing and planning ofthe warehouse, daily
reporting of inventory movements and logistics, Supervision of
warehouse team (drivers, workers, online services agents, juniors and
seniors), Bridging between warehouse and clients including customer
support.

• In addition of the tasks I had, I was delegated to handle the
maintenance department for 2 years. Keep maintenance logs and report
on daily activities, plan all repair and installations activities, prepare
weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted
workloads, develop maintenance procedures and ensure
implementations.

• Manage large amounts incoming inquires, generate sales leads,
identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction, build
sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through
open and interactive communication, Daily reporting, meet
personal/customer service targets, handle customer complaints and
provide adequate solutions including timely follow-ups, Process client
accounts and ensure records are upheld and updated, liaise with clients
to resolve after sale issues.

• Supervising special treasury transactions such as customer care
discounts, ensuring balances are maintained throughout the day,
Coordinating with back end clients ( B to B transactions ) while also
supervising the front end with our store clients, coordinating stock
control operations with Wearhouse staff, forecast supply and demand to
avoid over stocking.

• Balancing the cash register, process sales transaction, calculate and
process payments, maintain adequate change denominations, provide
relevant customer care regarding store products, reconcile cash drawers
and sale receipts including end of day report, coordinating stock control
operations with Wearhouse staff, forecast supply and demand to avoid
over stocking, data entry of all newly arrived products.
