Duties & Responsibilities
• Independently, lead, motivate and manage distributors across the region to achieve company objectives
• Meticulously and accurately manage all expenses and budgets
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, value adding analysis and market intelligence updates to management Reporting / internal and external performance reviews

Job Responsibilities
* Develop and implement geographical district of Distribution plans which meets the objectives of the divisional Trade marketing & Distribution plan and is in line with brand strategy and the needs of the trade .

* Manage key trade customers in the branch zone through the development and implementation of Customers Plans (mainly Wholesale and Key Retailers) through regular communication with these customers to maximize volume and share performance of different Company brands.

* Manage and develop distribution expansion plans when applicable within the geographic assigned zone of the branch ensuring best execution of Trade and brand activities as per Cycle objectives and overall branch plans.

* Achieve Company overall distribution objectives of Availability, in store visibility, Trade Contracts,

* Manage and develop an efficient and effective Distribution team through on-job training, motivation and staff development in order to achieve distribution execution standards

* Manage the distribution of company brands within the branch zone

* Establish close working relationships with the trade in order to gain high levels of trade Support and loyalty whilst enhancing understanding of the trading environment.

* Keeps Area Sales Supervisors fully informed through formal and informal communication at all times of objectives, progress and future action plan in order that effective planning and in-market activities can be implemented.

* Provide branch sales and overall information and reports on performance and Key Customers to ensure that the Top Management and the consumer marketing team are fully informed at all times.

* Ensure full understanding of branch budget with close follow up on spending as per Company guidelines
