Responsible for buying the aircraft maintenance materials and repairs or overhaul services;
Responsible of handling data related to suppliers and quotations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint utilities.
Responsible to sell the dead stock items.
Serve in AOG desk (Aircraft on Ground) providing the needed items within 24 to 48 hours.
Responsible of the inventory control, making the reorder list, and preparation list, (mark and order the items which below safety level in the store, and order the items which might be used for the expected aircraft check).
In charge of training the new team members regarding the procurement of aircraft maintenance materials and evaluate them each semester;
Main results achieved:
- Worked on more than 90 C Checks (heavy maintenance check) without any delay.
- Open new market, by dealing with new suppliers and vendors.
- Convince 8 suppliers to change the type of payments for cash in advance to Net 30 days (the company will pay after 30 days of the invoice date.
