Prepare the board presentation. •
Prepare (REDD) monthly report to the CEO.•
Create and update a detailed financial report for all projects. •
Review all payments and variations, and provide recommendation to the
Real Estate Director (RED).

Manage tenders and agreements with another company departements such
as Legal and Contract department.

Communicate closely with the Projects Managers to ensure the milestones
schedules are followed.

Performs other duties as assigned or required by (RED) such as providing
information to senior management, reply to Auditing agency, ...Etc.
Responsible for supervising and managing the following projects in
(KAFD):
Thumamah Road Development ($ 74 M), External Road and Bridges ($ 60
M), Design of Physical Security (CCTV, Access Control etc.) ($ 1
M), Advertisement Billboards ($ 2.6 M), Skywalks Bridges ($ 93 M) and mixed
use Towers ($ 362 M).
Responsibilities:
Represent the client's interests.•
Make sure project deliverables are in line with the project plan.•
Make sure that all contract processes and procedures are followed.•
Monitor project program and review work progress on daily basis.•
Attend / lead all Sr. Management follow up progress meetings, coordination
meetings and provide recommendation in the best interest of the project
accordingly.

Review and study all Project issues and provide recommendation in the best
interest of the project to the Sr. Management accordingly.
•
Provide status reports to the project director on timely manner.•
Review and study all recommendation on (SWI’s, VO’s, DVR’s, RFP’s… Etc.)
submitted by the PM or Consultant and provide recommendation to the Sr.
Management accordingly

Review and mounter the performance & outputs of all project teams (PM -•
Quantity estimate of civil works•
Mechanical works of underground utilities, preparation and installation of
concrete storm drainage.
Contractors ...Etc.) through best available tools to ensure
the completion as targeted.
Review the contractor submittals (material, suppliers and subcontractors)
and make sure the supervision consultant/PM implement the review process.

Witness required tests and perform required inspections on-site and off-site.•
Monitor the contractor resources.•
Review and process contractor and consultant payments•
Work on contractors Prequalification and tenders evaluation. •
Lead projects handover committee, where i handed over the Thumamah
Road Development and the mixed used Towers.

handled the contract termination process of External Road and Bridges due
to failure by the contractor.
