؟ تدريب الفريق في استعراض الأداء السنوي.
؟ مناقشة مع فريق المبيعات حياتهم اليومية لمناقشة المشاكل إن وجدت، وإيجاد الحلول لنفسه.
؟التعامل السليم مع شكاوى المستهلكين.
؟ إعداد عروض الأسعار الجديدة ..

ARES OF RESPONSIBAITIES
Day to day sales operation.
Planning for effective sales plan to sales team for permanent achievement and improvement.
Assigning route and journey plans for each team member to achieving the sales
targets.
Assisting Sales Superiors to completing all assigned duties and responsibilities.
Make sure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures
Negotiating with customers for the shelf rentals and other display space areas (pallet
display, floor display etc)
Increasing Sales by obtaining new customers.
Enhancing areas targets and volume by proper monitoring and professional
supervision.
Plan and strategy by adding new routs according to the areas needs.
Assisting Sales Superiors by providing them with all required tools and information's
that could help them in enhancing the sales and putting a proper yearly plans.
Visiting customers on regular basis and keeping the business relationship in a good
shape.
Looking for more opportunities to increasing the sales in the area, by opening new
outlets and obtaining goals.
Motivating the sales team to boost their performance.
Coaching the sales team in a yearly performance review.
Ensuring that the sales team to following their delivery schedule and provide
adequate quantities to stores.
Close monitoring of the daily sales report and providing instruction to the salesmen to increase the sales and reduce the wastage.
Discussing with the sales team their day to day problems if any, and finding
solutions for the same.
Proper handling of the consumer complaints.
Review of the route structure and the journey plan on periodical basis.
Preparation of new quotations and new orders processing.
Differentiate among urgent and routine messages.
Cooperation with all company departments to ensure the effectiveness of customer
service.
Update customer data in the company systems.
