• Supervise project execution, evaluate and monitor manpower productivity.
• Schedule the work in accordance to project timeline and deadlines.
• Maintain the different phases of the project and evaluate all the technical problems and resolve them.
• Maintain the safety measures on site and ensure that all quality control regulations are met.

•Supervising on progress of the work and leading diversified team of technicians which include (Installations, Harness Preparing, Wiring, Equipment’s Installation, Cables connection and termination).
•Testing (Continuity test, Insulation test, High Potential Test, Function test) and commissioning.

• 212 stainless passengers’ cars project for Egypt railways project (2015 - 2016).
• Cairo Metro Line NO.1 project (2014 - 2015).
• Cairo Metro Line NO.3 project (2011 - 2013).
• Alexandria tram cars project (2013 - 2014).
• Power coach cars for Egypt railways project (2013 - 2014).
•Electrical maintenance of machines CNC machines, classic control machines.
•Preventative maintenance for power transformers and sf6 MV circuit breaker.
• Operation of pumps station.
