Monitoring of manufacturing process for solar application transformers,
Preparation of manufacturing schedules and arranging resources required for the execution of special project transformers.

Preparing monthly production plan, annual rolling plans as per the order availability and timelines.
Determine production requirement like manpower and machines to complete the production targets.
Update material requirement for open orders and new orders and provide information to purchase department for ordering. Follow-up with purchase department for material delivery schedules.
Prepare production schedules by optimum utilization of resources.
Assign work to section in charge (Winding, Core cutting, Core coil assembly, Fabrication, Tanking, Final assembly and Dispatch sections)
Monitor production status by conducting daily production meeting and ensure timely delivery.
Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
Notify Sales department on any delays.
Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements by carrying production improvement projects.
Assist Purchase department for preparation of purchase budget and budget allocation and utilization,
Liaising with Purchase and Sales staff on material and order follow-up.
Coordination with design and quality department for design release and quality issue resolutions.
Introducing innovative manufacturing processes to reduce production cost.
Data mapping and process mapping during implementation of D365 F&O for manufacturing industry.

6. Wide experience in manufacturing, incoming material inspection, in-process inspection Routine Test, Type Test, Special Test & Diagnostic Tests for the transformers.

Responsible for prototype evaluation, failure investigation, Data analysis, failure reduction and process and product development through continual improvement.
Responsible for Providing manufacturing process training to the new employees in production and QA/QC,
Responsible for vendor inspection and vendor development at local market as well as in international market.
Independently handled customer & Third-party inspections, arranged the documents required for the third-party inspections,
Liaison with design, production, Purchase, Stores departments as Technical coordinator.

Performed all routine test on Oil filled and Dry type (CRT) transformer manufactured as per the IS ‐ 2026 & IS‐11171 requirements.
Performed Special and Type tests on proto type units manufactured (Temperature rise test, Capacitance & tan delta (C&TD), Zero phase sequence test (ZPS), Harmonics test, Magnetic Balance test (MBT), Polarization index test (PI), Dielectric absorption ratio test (DAR). vector group test (VG), Partial Discharge test (PD).
Independently handled customer inspection and third-party inspection.

Preparation of temperature rise test reports and plotting hot resistance and time graph after completing the temperature rise test.
