With Transocean EMU Division from 1995 to 2008 as SR Materials Coordinator (Offshore Rigs & Shore Bases)
• working in drilling equipment ( power swivel & Kelly - draw work - rotary table - mud pumps - mud cleaners - shale shakers - disilter - disander - drill pipe & drill collars - etc.) assembly and spare parts.
• Working in mechanical equipment (engine \{CAT. & EMD\} - blow out prevents \[B.O.P\] - compressors - power swivel - B.O.P closing unit. - mud pump power end - centrifugal pumps - cranes and lifting tools - water makers - jacking system for jack up rigs - draw works - rotary table - transmission gears - radiators & heat exchanger - etc) . Assembly and spare parts.
• Working in electrical equipment (generator- lighting system-communication system- air condition-electrical motors-H2S& LEL gases system-silicone control rectifier \{S.C.R\} system-etc.) Assembly and spare parts.
• Working in marine equipment (valves & tanks-jacking system- mooring system-lifting tools-life saving equipment-firefighting equipment-etc.) Assembly and spare parts.

Responsibility & Duties: Warehousing Section:-
* Review all ordering from all departments to make sure it is not on order & the P/N is correct.
• Collect all FR's from different dept. and process the PO's
• Define all FR's according to indexes (general ledger account)
• Pass all PO's for the vendors according to our procedure.
• Follow up all shipments in customs to clear it for our object.
• Receiving all ordering materials according to FR's and PO's after review P/N's.
• Put ID tags on all materials which received show all details for
Logistics Section:-
Coordinate the supply of goods and services
• Liaise on a daily basis with the Inventory Control Supervisor or Base Manger or service companies / Contractors etc., to define requirements and support required.
• Make best efforts to ensure goods and services (or personnel) are supplied on timely and cost effective manner to the site.
• Prepare and organize loading plan for back loading and issue shipment notification with photos of the deck cargoes for each back load shipment.
• Raise Call off Orders as required securing supply of goods or services (including rentals)
• Ensure Materials Movement records are updated daily, materials / services from supplier companies are adequately supported and auditable.
