# Raise the efficiency of the technical staff by participating in some of the work of the
subcontractors for the systems, holding training sessions and meeting with them
periodically to discuss suggestions, problems and solutions.
# Reducing material consumption as much as possible.
# Work in a team spirit, maintain good relations between them, and problems challenge.
# Raise the efficiency of operating systems and equipment.
# Maintain a good working relationship with the owner.
# Take care to direct the staff to follow safety instructions at the site.
# Achieving the required quality standards.

• Maintenance and operation of the following systems according to the operating and maintenancemanuals:
# Water distribution pumps station for buildings.
# Steam boiler station and steam lines network.
# S.T.P “sewage treatment plant”.
# Backup diesel generator station.
# Firefighting system.
# Hospital laundry equipment.
• Preparing and implementing operating and maintenance plans for the aforementioned systems.
• Follow-up of subcontractors and periodic visits to the department's systems and conduct thenecessary operational tests to ensure the integrity of the systems and coordination to start majormaintenance operations.
• Preparing and supervising the implementation of emergency plans.
• Preparing material requests for the department's work and ensuring the availability of stock.
• Conduct section equipment inventory.
• Conducting operational tests with contractors for the project and following them up to solve start-upproblems for new systems.
• Submit reports to the project manager and owner.
