Position: Project Sales Engineer
(Indoor/Outdoor)


Meet and exceed NLC assigned revenue on continuous growth targets.
• Develop territorial and account plans to support revenue targets consistent with company strategies.
• Establish strong business relationships with MEP Contractors like (Jabreen, ABV Rock, DSG, YUKSEL, ASTRA Cont., New Mobility and around 20 accounts), Consultants like (Saudi Consult, AECOM, DAR Alhandsa.... etc.) and End Users like (KACST, MODA, Ministries, Universities .... etc.).
• Provide solution based selling and quotations in a timely matter and present value proposition
• Negotiate agreements and close deals with the most favorable terms & conditions.
• Prepare technical documents and discuss the features & benefits of the offers Contribute to projects pipeline Requirements contributing with technical and design team.
• More than 5 years of successful experience in the Sales of Professional Lighting products over work like (Zumtobel, Thorn, REISS, TRIDONIC, Reg-A-Lite, Dolan USA, Lombardo -ITALY......and more than ten brands additional to NLC brand).
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills (written and oral) contributing with marketing team.
• Deeply Knowledge of reading lighting design & application and lighting control systems.
• Professional experience in handling RFQs and customer projects Strong work ethics and discipline.
• Good negotiation skills and proven success through verifiable track record.
• Pleasant Character, self-driven with minimum supervision, assertive and persistent.
• Fluent in Arabic an English Competencies.
• 5 years’ experience in KSA Market Knowledge specially in capital Riyadh with more than 100 Million Lighting market.
• Professional Negotiation Skills with managers and engineering teams
• Acceptable to work as team player, result oriented with a can do attitude Commercially astute
• handling any Problem after sales until finalizing the project.
