Set External Inventory Report to Company Customer, and Internal Sales and Inventory Report to Top Management and Other Department.
Supervise Inventory Controllers and Making Tasks to Them.
follow up with Inventory Controllers All Problem and How Solve It.
Set Daily Report for All Stock Variance and Sent It to Warehouse Manager.
Receiving And Issuance Goods On System And Review Shipments, Physical Count
• 1 - Control receipts / dispatch of F / G, process receiving documents , maintains records of late arrivals and damaged items - ( counts, weights and measures F / G received / dispatched ) .
• 2 - Prepares final loading / dispatch sheets.
• 3 - Monitors implementation of FIFO standards.
• 4 - Verifies the invoices submitted by the shipping companies with respect to returned / damaged quantities during loading / offloading.
• 5 - Prepares any item movement reports requested by superior.
• 6 - Participates in daily cycle count inventory, and annual physical inventory.
• 7 - Investigates and resolve any variances in physical count quantities.

• 8 - Monitors stock levels, prepares requisitions for stock replenishments and provides daily issuance reports to superior.
