- Arranging for the visits and interviews that are run by representatives of external companies and institutions.
- Following up the official registration and license procedures at the Government departments, including the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, Ministry of Labor, Chamber of Commerce, and Amman Municipality.
- Consulting the Legal advisor of the Company to prepare the contracts to be concluded with the potential candidates as per the rules and laws of the Ministry of Labor.

Tasks and responsibilities held
1. Services Supervisor “Orange Money”:
- Follow up the works of promoters at 11 branches, and directing their work mechanism.
- Having continuous contacts with branch managers and supervisors, to provide suggestions and views pertaining to improving services, and exchange suggestions with them to enhance the standard of performance.
2. Supervisor of Pepsi Company Merchandisers:
- Supervising the works of products coordinators and markets in all the northern area.
- Direct the merchandisers towards the most effective work mechanism.
- Follow up of the process of goods coordination.
- Contacting the market managers to suggest work mechanisms and listen to their notes and suggestions.
3. Supervisor of Nestlé Promoters:
- Follow up the promoters and the daily work reports.
- Contact the selling centers managers and the selling points of K.A.
- Explaining to the promoters the methods of contact with clients and persuading them to buy the products.
4. Team Leader of Nestlé Field Research Project for the Selling Points on the Kingdom’s Level
- Designing and a plan and a work mechanism to finalize the project within a period not more than six months as per the request of Nestlé Company.
- Directing the supervisors towards work mechanisms and assisting the researchers to design a plan to ensure the highest level of research accuracy.
- Follow up the research work with selling points to make sure that the work is carried out at the highest level of accuracy.
- Administrating the meetings with Nestlé Company from time to time during the assigned period of six months to explain and clarify the updates and work details and specifications.
- Follow up the Data Entry personnel to display the research form data on Excel Sheet, and ensure the accuracy of the data entry.
- The project was submitted to Nestlé Company within the specified period at the highest level of accuracy and success.
