Reviewing internal processes and mapping compliance with the Telecom Regulations and other Laws.
Advise from legal and regulatory perspectives on products and services development for retail and wholesale sectors.
Providing legal opinions on all legal matters in different aspects of law practice including Telecom Law and TRA Guidelines;
Acting as Secretary to the board, Audit committee, and other main committees;
Taking control of legal and official documents and maintaining a secure filing system;
Participating in drafting and enforcing company policies, including but not limited to, credit, administration, human resources and labor issues;
Prepare bid executive summary for bid no bid review with the bidding committee and obtain approvals,
Coordinates with designated staff on operational activities affecting contractual rights and obligations, contract performance, contract administration and other major matters.
Drawing legal strategy in litigation cases;
Handle Shares transfer and assignments, insure that all procedures and attestations with respect to the transfer of shares have been followed, and thereupon issue the new amended Trade License.
Deciding on necessity of instituting (or maintaining) any legal action, whether in court or otherwise;
Handling notices and orders issued by the Telecom Regulatory Authority and prepare responses where needed.
Renewal of Licenses with the Telecom Regulatory Authority in addition to liaising with the Authority where new Licenses are required to be obtained
