Serving as a Contracts Manager for one of Saudi Arabia’s leading Group of companies, established in 1984, with over 13, 001 employees, focusing primarily on megaprojects in the field of construction, Airport (turnkey), infrastructure, MEP, operation, and facility management.
 Develop core construction, and facility management contract plans with both client and subcontractors, according to provided specifications and ensure that they are adhered to during the entirety of the project.
 Responsible for all contractual needs, reviewing, and drafting (Contracts - amendments - MOU - EOT- variation orders-Close out - correspondences - partnerships) considering the practical and technical (aspects) in line with due legal protection.
 Confer with Project Managers to determine their specific construction contract needs.
 Review (RFPs) requests for proposals and respond to bids and contract negotiations.
 Develop and improve a set of standard contracts for the company in accordance with international standards.
 Analyze all requirements and provisions in contracts, including technical attachments, to ensure compliance with RFP, proposal, planned goals, laws and regulations, and company policies and procedures.
 Ensure that contracts are executed as per planned under the corporate guidelines.
 Audit existing contracts and oversees contract modifications.
 Analyze a contract’s risk to the business.
 Monitor the performance of each signed contract, and its commercial aspects
 Ensure that project goal is accomplished by contract implementation.
 Guided contractual obligations; developed the scope of work and schedule of values; and ensured invoices are submitted on time.
 Train and supervises other contract professionals.
 Maintain a computer database for the company’s contract management system.
 Conduct analysis of new laws, regulations and contract trends to determine the potential impact on the business.
 Assist in reviewing, evaluating and negotiating Variations Orders for the changes in the contract, and draft the relevant amendments accordingly.
 Coordinate with the finance department to ensure correct billing and collection of contractual revenues.
