• I worked with strategic partnerships represented McKinsey & Co and PWC Co
• Work on the development of strategic plans and implementation, supervision and development of KPI & KPT
• Working with the higher authorities represented in the state such as the performance of the orthopedic center of government agencies and the Centre for dressing and rapid intervention, all of which follow the Economic Development Council .
• Work on the initiatives, reports and tracks the strategic follow-up with the owners of the initiatives and evaluation work on the percentage of completion
• Providing support and guidance to the owners of the initiatives to achieve the initiative*
• The business strategy of the Ministry in the scope of the vision 2030.
• . Survey obstacles in the housing sector to reach the best results in achieving the strategic objectives of the ministry
• The drafting of the strategic objectives of the Ministry and its adaptation to achieve the national vision 4. Work on the formulation and preparation of initiatives and of projects and programs to achieve the strategic objectives.
Follow-up all the tasks related to the management of procurement and external and internal planning materials and stores Balancing work and plans to complete the production process and the face of rising price setting clear targets for the Purchasing Department to provide materials in record time with finding new channels of purchase to support the provision of production materials, the provision of work and pressure to negotiate with suppliers to get the best price,
توفير أجود المشتريات خارجيا وداخليا مع مراعاة الجودة والسعر لتوفير المواد للقطاع المنشود لتلبية حاجة المنشئه.
القيام بجميع المهام الأداريه المتعلقه بالمشتريات وتطوير اداء القسم والموظفين لتلبية احتياجات الشركه من مواد خام واساسيه وفقا لأنظمة ولوائح الشركه المعمول بها مع مراعاة الجوده والسعر والحصول على المواد فى وقت قياسى لنتمكن من دعم ادارة الأنتاج ومراقبه يوميه للمخزون بجميع مهامه بشكل يومى متوازى لتدعيم خطة الشراء.
متابعة شئوون الشركه لدى جميع الدوائر الحكوميه ذات العلاقه خصوصا وزارة التجارة والعلامات التجاريه والجمارك والأماره وجميع مايتطلب من متابعه أعمال لدى الدوائر الحكوميه اضافة على كل مايخص الشركه من علاقات حكوميه ومراجعات لدى جميع الوزارات والهيئات ذات العلاقه خارج المملكه وداخلها
